Muscle for the Masses

You need muscle. You want muscle. 
Go get your muscle.

That, my friends, is a whole lot of natural muscle, built with hard work, plenty of good fats, organic veggies, eggs from pastured, soy-free hens, and meat from grass fed animals.  That would be my dear hubby, soon to be paleo doctor, ready to take on the conventional wisdom masses with his ninja mind and crushing strength.
